I was thinking, hey if you ask, you've got it!
We started in Tadasana. We lifted our toes and spread them out and took a good look at the alinement of feet, knees. Then I asked them to aline hips over knees, chest bone over hips, shoulders squared, neck delicately and softly alined, and the chin tucked a bit, head stacked over all. In other words, we really worked Tadasana!
Went through a series of upward salutes, self hugs with bent knees, shoulder roles, head rolls, rolling into Uttanasana like rag doll, then rolling up.
Down in Uttanasana, we tapped every body part we could reach, beginning with the tops of the feet, up, up, up. At the chest we thumped like Tarzan and vocalized as well. Tapped the face and all over the head, down the shoulders, all over the backs of the legs and down again.
We opened up the chest with elbows bent and arched behind, then came to Namaste.
We sat then for 20 minutes.
After the sit, I invited everyone to stretch in whatever manner they needed. Then we rubbed our hands together, creating heat. We placed palms over eyes and considered one person to send Metta to. It was actually a really nice way to end the evening.
